API document visibility in “Dokobit by Signicat” Portal

Universal API and Portal API integration documents can be made visible for “Dokobit by Signicat” Portal "Enterprise" plan users. This gives centralised access to company administrators to view and manage documents initiated via Universal API and Portal API integrations.

Accessing API documents

Once this feature is enabled, company administrators can access the documents from "Reports" -> "API documents".

Searching for documents

The list of documents will be displayed with names and signing statuses. Files can be filtered by status on the left-hand side menu. The "Search" field can be used to find documents by the keywords in the signing name (file content is not included).

Visibility and management permissions

Access and managmenet level of the API documents depends on the administrator's document visibility permissions.
