How to register and log in to the portal?

In the Dokobit portal, you can have one regular (free) account and an unlimited number of company (paid) accounts.

To register a new free account

1. Visit our registration page and verify your identity using one of the supported electronic identification tools. See below how to use different tools for identity verification.

Mobile ID

      1. 1. Press the "Mobile ID" button and select a country where your Mobile ID was issued, enter your phone number and personal code in designated fields, and then press "Log in".

      1. 2. You will see a verification code displayed on the website. The same verification code should appear on your mobile phone screen. Make sure that the code on your mobile phone screen matches the one displayed on the website, then press "OK" and enter the sPIN1 of your Mobile ID (the sPIN1 code of the certificate on the SIM card) on your phone.

      1. 3. After entering the correct sPIN1 code, you will be taken to the registration page on the website.

Smart-ID

      1. 4. To use Smart-ID in the Dokobit portal, you should have an upgraded Smart-ID account.

      1. 5. Press the "Smart-ID" button and select a country where you registered your Smart-ID, then enter your personal code and click "Log in".

      1. 6. You will see a verification code displayed on the website. The same verification code should be visible in the Smart-ID app on your mobile phone screen. Make sure that the code on your mobile phone screen matches the one displayed on the website. Enter the PIN1 code of your Smart-ID on your phone.

      1. 7. After entering the correct PIN1 code, you will be taken to the registration page on the website.

ID card or USB token

      1. 8. To use an ID card or USB token as an eID tool, you would first need to set up your computer accordingly (you can find more information here).

      1. 9. After all the necessary software is installed, select "ID Card or USB token" and select a country where your ID card or USB token was issued.

      1. 10. The list of certificates will appear in a separate window on your computer screen. Select your certificate from the list and enter your PIN code.

      1. 11. After entering the correct PIN code, you will be taken to the registration page on the website.

2. After successful identification, you will be taken to the second step of the registration process. In the new window, you will need to enter your email address and re-enter it for security purposes. Please read our Terms of Services and check the box in order to agree to them. Select if you would like to receive occasional news and offers from Dokobit and then press "Register" to continue.

Note: please use an email address that belongs to you.

3. Verification email will now be sent to your email address.

4. Open the verification email and click the "Activate" button. If you did not receive a verification email, double-check whether the correct email address is provided and check your spam folder to be sure it did not end up there. Please wait a moment and if you still do not receive the verification email, contact us, and we will help you to finish the registration process.


If you already have a free account in the Dokobit portal and you would like to have another account, you can register a paid account. 

To register a paid account

5. Visit our registration page and verify your identity using one of the supported electronic identification tools.

6. Once your identity is confirmed, you will see a "Create a new paid account" option at the bottom of the page. Enter your email address and re-enter it for security purposes, accept our terms of services, and press "Register" to continue.

7. Verification email will be sent to your email address.

8. Open the verification email and click the "Activate" button. If you did not receive a verification email, double-check whether the correct email address is provided and check your spam folder to be sure it did not end up there. Please wait a moment and if you still do not receive the verification email, contact us, and we will help you to finish the registration process.

9. You will be taken to the billing page on the website, where you will be able to order a plan subscription applicable to your needs.

10. You will not be able to use the second account until it is upgraded with a paid plan subscription.


To log in to the portal

11. Visit our login page.

12. Verify your identity using one of the supported eID tools (Mobile ID, Smart-ID, ID card, or cryptographic USB token).

13. Once your identity is verified, you will be logged in to the portal.

14. If you have more than one account in the Dokobit portal, you will be logged in to the account you were using the last time.
