How to register and log in to the portal?

In the Dokobit portal you can have one regular (free) account and multiple company (paid) accounts.

To register a new free account

1. Visit our registration page and verify your identity using one of the supported electronic identification tools. See below how to use different tools:

Mobile ID

1. 1. Select "Mobile ID", choose a country that issued your Mobile ID, enter your phone number and personal code in designated fields and then press "Verify".

1. 2. You will then see a verification code displayed on the website. The same verification code will appear on your mobile phone screen. Make sure that code on your mobile phone screen is the same as displayed on the website and press "Ok", then enter the sPIN1 of your Mobile ID (the sPIN1 code of the certificate on the SIM card) in your phone.

1. 3. The screen on the phone will disappear and you will be taken to the registration page on the website.


Smart-ID

1. 4. In order to use Smart-ID in the Dokobit portal, you would need to have an upgraded Smart-ID account.

1. 5. Select "Smart-ID", select a country where you registered your Smart-ID, enter your personal code and click "Verify".

1. 6. You will then see a verification code displayed on the website. The same verification code will appear in Smart-ID app on your mobile phone screen. Make sure that code on your mobile phone screen is the same as displayed on the website and enter the PIN1 code of your Smart-ID.

1. 7. The screen on the phone will disappear and you will be taken to the registration page on the website.

ID card or USB token

1. 8. In order to use ID card or USB token as an eID tool you would firstly need to set up your computer accordingly (more information can be found here).

1. 9. Select "ID Card or USB token" and select the country that issued your ID card or USB token.

1. 10. From the list of certificates that appeared in a separate window on your computer screen please select your certificate and enter your PIN code.

1. 11. You will be taken to the registration page on the website.

2. Enter your email address (re-enter it for security purposes), accept our terms and conditions and press "Register" to continue.

3. Verification email will now be sent to your email address.

4. Click the "Activate" button in the verification email. If you did not get a verification email: double check whether the correct email address is provided; check your spam folder to be sure it did not end up there; please wait a moment and if you still do not receive verification email, contact us and we will help you to finish the registration process.


If you already have a regular (free) account and would like to have another account, you can register for an unlimited number of paid accounts.

To register a paid account

5. Visit our registration page and verify your identity using one of the supported electronic identification tools.

6. Once your identity is confirmed, at the bottom of the page you will see a "Register Premium Account" option. Enter your email address (re-enter it for security purposes), accept our terms and conditions and press "Register" to continue.

7. Verification email will now be sent to your email address.

8. Click the "Activate" button in the verification email. If you did not get a verification email: double check whether the correct email address is provided; check your spam folder to be sure it did not end up there; please wait a moment and if you still do not receive verification email, contact us and we will help you to finish the registration process.

9. You will be taken to the billing page on the website and you will be able to order a plan subscription applicable to your needs.

10. You will not be able to perform in the second account until it is upgraded with a paid plan subscription.


To log in to the portal

11. Visit our login page.

12. Verify your identity using one of the supported eIDs (Mobile ID, Smart-ID, National ID card or cryptographic USB token).

13. Once your identity is verified, you will be connected to the portal.

14. If you have more than one account in the portal, you will be logged in to the account you were using the last time.
