Legally binding signatures

Electronic signatures created in the Dokobit portal are legally binding. 

The whole Dokobit service was developed according to all technical requirements of eIDAS Regulation (Regulation (EU) No. 910/2014). 

Moreover, Dokobit only supports qualified electronic signatures and advanced electronic signatures based on a qualified certificate. Signatures of both types can be provided as evidence in legal proceedings, furthermore, a qualified electronic signature has the same equivalent legal effect as a handwritten signature.
