Do I need a Power Automate license to use Dokobit connectors?

Dokobit Portal and Dokobit Universal API are Premium connectors. Therefore, a Power Automate license is required. Please visit https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/products/power-automate/pricing/ for more information.

What is the difference between Dokobit Portal and Dokobit Universal API?

The Dokobit Portal connector can automate processes in the Dokobit by Signicat portal. The Dokobit Universal API connector can be used as a stand-alone solution to sign documents within a system or gather signatures from 3rd parties outside your system.

How do you upload a file for signing or validation?

Dokobit Portal and Dokobit Universal API expect files to be provided as Base64 encoded file content. Depending on your workflow, an additional action or built-in expression will be needed to convert the file to Base64 value.

For example, a "Get file content" action could be used in a SharePoint flow.
