How to choose the right document format?

Signed document format must be chosen when uploading the document for signing - section no 1. Choose signed document format. Here you select a format of the signed document you will be able to download afterward. 

Signed document format PDF - after signing the document, you will be able to download a signed pdf file. It also means that when you upload the document, it has to be a PDF format as well.

Note: While uploading the document for signing, you can select the preferred signature's annotation position. Annotations could be visible on the top of the document's first or the last page, at the bottom of the document's first or the last page, or you could choose not to use signature annotations at all. Annotations will be visible on the signed PDF format documents. Signed document format ASiC, BDoc, or EDoc - after signing the document you will be able to download a signed ASiC, BDoc, or EDoc. ASiC is an internationally recognized container-based document format, BDoc - locally recognized container-based document format in Estonia, and EDoc - locally recognized container-based document format in Latvia. You can upload any format multiple files to these containers.

Signed document format ADoc - after signing the document you will be able to download a signed ADoc. This is a locally recognized container-based document format in Lithuania. You can upload multiple files to this container, the uploaded document formats can vary from pdf to docx, odt, xlsx, ods, pptx, ppsx, odp, tif, tiff, jpg, jpeg, jfif, png or another adoc.
