There are two payment options for Dokobit services.
Paying by credit or debit card
1. All your purchases made through the portal can be made using your credit or debit card.
2. If the added card can not be charged 4 times (insufficient funds, pickup card, etc.) for a subscribed plan, the subscription will be canceled and your account will be downgraded to a free account.
Note: if you have a "Business" plan and you have added additional company users, all your company users will become free users too and you will no longer have company users management rights.
Paying via bank transfer
3. A payment for a yearly plan subscription can be made via bank transfer. Once you get the Invoice, you will have 30 calendar days to remit the payment.
4. If you have an "Enterprise" plan, monthly payments are also available via bank transfer.
