If you have an existing Dokobit account, a mobile phone with biometric authentication capabilities (Face ID, Fingerprint) and the Dokobit mobile app, you can set up biometric authentication on your mobile app to log in to your account.
- Dokobit app for iPhone/iPad requires iOS 13.0 or later. You can download the app directly from the App Store or by clicking here.
- Dokobit app for Android requires Android 5.0 or up. You can download the app directly from the Google Play Store or by clicking here.
Note: You need to have the latest version of the Dokobit mobile app to enable biometric authentication.

How to enable biometric authentication
To enable biometric authentication, you need to first download the Dokobit mobile app to your phone.
1.0. To set up biometric authentication please first use your eID tool to log in to your account on our mobile app.
1.1. Open the menu by clicking on the three lines on the top left corner.
1.2. Click on "Settings".
1.3. Choose "Devices and biometrics" from the top of the screen and click on "Add this device".
Note: Please make sure you're currently using the device you wish to use for biometric authentication in the future.
1.4. Click "Enable now".
1.5. If you see this, the device has been successfully added for biometric authentication.
How to log in using biometric authentication
2.0. Open the Dokobit login page in your browser and choose "Biometrics" from the list of eID tools.
2.1. Enter the email your account is associated with and click on "Log in".
2.2. Open the Dokobit app on your mobile, check that the code shown on the screen and the code on your mobile app match and click "Log in" in the app. If your biometrics are successfully scanned, then you will be automatically logged into your account.
